Update on Hudson

I knew it was bad when Hudson told Madeleine that he was too sick to come to her birthday party. We are SO sad that we missed it. Hudson also missed a soccer game, soccer practice and his first field trip at school. He was feeling so crummy that he did not even seem to care!! I stayed home with him Monday, Bom had Tuesday and Roddy took him to work with him for a low key day today (Wednesday). He has been loving the attention! But let me say, Hudson on a steriod is nothing short of a living nightmare. Bom and I got the worst of these fits. I truly thought I was going to have to call in for some crucifix and Holy water! God love him ... that medicine just made him crazy! He is starting to have a CLEAR runny nose and the cough sounds worse - but they say that this is all better! At least it is breaking up. We are going to attempt to go to school tomorrow and see how it goes. I'm just going to get them to keep him inside. My class has our field trip tomorrow - so I'll try to take some cute pictures! I am going to take Hudson back on our own private field trip! It was killing me to see all his friends going without him. I will say ... SO many children were looking for him and worried about him. What a lucky little boy!
