Happy 5th Birthday Caroline!!

Happy Birthday Caroline. It was such a great turn-out at Gatti Town! I wish that I would have gotten a picture of those cakes - they were INCREDIBLE! It was wonderful to hang out with Church and school friends! We love you Caroline!

Sunday School - Psalm 23

Today the classes studied Psalm 23. It is always so amazing to learn through the eyes of children. They get it in ways that we cannot sometimes see. I am so blessed to have the jobs that I have. I learn so much each day through the eyes of the children ... especially my sweet Hudson. He is the most well rounded child and so smart. He amazes me more each day. We are very lucky to have the experience we have in our Church.

Crawfish Boil in the rain!

First of all ... I would like to apologize for the functions that we missed this weekend ... it got a little crazy! Saturday was the Sheffield Court Crawfish Boil ... and it was pouring. Now, we felt as though we must go considering Todd's sister was one of the hosting families ... so off we went in the POURING rain to the Crawfish Boil. It was really alot of fun and the rain did slack off. The kids had SO much fun because - at age 2-8 is there really anything better than playing in the rain and mud?! Thanks for a wonderful time guys! See ya next year!

Jenny's Baby Shower

We had a BOY BABY SHOWER for Jenny and Lem on Thursday night. It was so much fun and GREAT food and WONDERFUL company. We are so excited about meeting Baby "?".

Happy 5th Birthday Sandon!

Sorry we missed the party ... but we LOVE you so so much Guild family! Happy Birthday Sandon!

Christ United FEVA!

Hudson had a big Sunday this past Sunday. He was full of wonderful words of wisdom for the congregation during Church on Sunday morning and then again during the "FEVA" cookout! I'm SO proud of my little man ... and for those who were there, I love him as much as loves me - snuggling, reading, etc. AND it really doesn't take me THAT long to talk on the phone! ha ha!!

Twisters 2nd game

Another GREAT game ... gotta love the Twisters! (and yes, I have been calling them the Tornado's - but it does sound better than the Twisters!)

Dinner at Biaggi's

NEVER let your child have the open ended options. I told Hudson if he was good for a week straight he would get to go ANYWHERE he wanted for dinner. I am thinking - the worst possible answer would be GattiTown and surely I can find a way to deflect that, etc etc etc. OH NO! Hudson wanted Biaggi's. So we had a night at Biaggi's Friday night. Pryor went with us too! It was SO much fun.

Playdate!

Turner, Luke and Garner came home with Huddy last week! Such sweet boys and they had a great time. They went with us to Accent practice later that afternoon with us and it was so cute to watch them. They were in awe of those cute girls!

Tornado's 1st Game!

The Tornado's did GREAT today. They are really a great little team! Hudson caught 9 balls while playing the outfield ... and got 2 homeruns. Those are his bragging rights ... truth of the matter everyone got 2 homeruns today - but the catches were all him! He got hit in the mouth and did not even cry! They were precious and had a blast. I took 78 pictures - so I will just include some of him. It was like a high school reunion at the field today - SO MUCH FUN!!!!

So terrible!

I've been terrible about posting this week. Please forgive me ... I have not taken any pictures! Between playdates and bday parties - it's just been an off week! There have been so many other things going on (things are going much better now! whew!) ...
Anyway - Happy Birthday Ramsay, Ella Jane and Louis! Sorry we don't have any pics!!! We are off to Tball games and Soccer games - I'll take the camera today. :)

Christ United meets outside!

Our Church was hit hard by the storm. We are still without power so we went to one service outside in the Courtyard today! It was such a WONDERFUL and humbling experience. We had Communion and sang "Surely the Presence of the Lord is in the this place..." and "Amazing Grace" accompanied by the guitar! Cary gave a wonderful sermon and it was great to see everyone and start finding what needs we could begin meeting.
