JA v Prep

Here are some pictures from the game tonight. There was great spirit and it was a fun night. It was so fun to see some of my kids in my class but more fun watching Hudson and all of his friends run around playing and cheering! They were SO cute! For all my Prep people - there is a picture of Hudson with Pacers AND Accents!

JA v Prep

Hudson went to his 1st and last pep rally of the year today. The football coaches, some players and cheerleaders came to the Opening in the 4 year olds today to help get them fired up for the big game. It was hilarious - they were in AWE! Then the 4 year olds sang the fight song for them ... it was SO cute. They were so sweet to these kids who just think they are stars! It was a great thing to see!!! I took Hudson to the pep rally thinking all the loud energy was right up his alley - SO wrong. He really did not like the noise level! He DID like going back to his class and showing them his shaker he got though! He was also proud to be sporting a JA tatoo on his face. Something about saying JA and tatoo together just doesn't feel right! ha ha!!

Computer Tots!

Hudson started Computer Tots at school today. He will actually be taking it on Tuesdays - but he started today. They got these t-shirts for their first day. They got to use the mouse to manipulate around Kermit and Friends sorting, matching and counting activities. They said he did very well and had a great time. Hudson said that he wanted to stay longer!! Guess that's a good sign!

Sunday School and Children's Worship

I wasn't in Hudson's rooms today - so I did not get any more pictures of him. The lesson this week was about Paul in prison and how the chains fell of him and he did not try to escape. He was thrown in jail for talking about Jesus, he sang and prayed to Jesus and God in jail and ended up witnessing to the guard and his family in the end. The kids were learning that you can talk about God anywhere and everywhere! They made shackels and just had fun! In Children's Worship - they talked about rainbows. Hudson got called to the front to show his rainbow artwork (shown in earlier blog) to everyone. They said that he was VERY proud!

Hudson learned about the letters B and D this week. You can see there was also come Science and workbook work! I'm so proud of him. We are very lucky!

We saw Mallory and Jenny Saturday night as we looked for new carseats together! (We have alot to do on a Saturday night ... ha ha!) Mallory and Hudson had so much fun playing on the merry go round!

Bom's family is in town!!! Hudson had an afternoon with Charlene, Gran, Bom and Stacy! This is Bom's Mom and her sisters. Aren't they cute!!!! We don't get to see everyone enough and we were thrilled to see them.

Sunday School and Children's Worship

It was a WONDERFUL Sunday at Christ United. There were so many friends and lots to do. They are learning about telling others about Jesus! Hudson's Dad was there today too ... so Hudson had all people present! He was in heaven. They did some fun activities and games and in Children's Worship, Hudson got to put the picture of Jesus on the alter!! BIG stuff! We love our Children's Ministry!
