As we all know, poor Hudson has nothing (ha ha!). Well, today was no exception to the rules for our dear Hudson. Pop needed a desk for his home office, so he was going to get mine. Julie and Mimi came out to get it today and were also dropping off a small desk that we all played with as children for Hudson to have! Well, the big desk ended up being a major task to get out. Thank goodness for Julie!!! Mimi pulled out the hammer and screwdriver from her purse (can't you just see it!) and Julie took 2 doors off the hinges with some great help from Hudson!!! He was loving every minute of it. After that desk was done ... in with the little desk for Hudson. He LOVES it. Mimi had a bag full of office supplies for it too. He immediately began organizing his supplies and asked for some homework books (aka - workbooks). We did a whole workbook this afternoon! He is LOVING it. My desk is in there too ... so we "work" together now! We also moved all of his blocks, legos, car tracks, train tracks, easels, etc. (you see where I'm going with this) into the "office" to give him more room to really build and have fun!!! BIG day! Well, we are off to Accent practice followed by soccer practice!
