SUNDAY, AUGUST 5th

What a fun lesson this week! The kids got to learn about Jonah and how he had to PRAY to get out of the whales belly! Hudson was SO glad to be with his friends again. They took a "trip" inside the belly of the whale with Julie and got to actually pet the whale! ;) They were the most entertained thinking about how the belly must have smelled like dirty socks! Crazy!!! They got to watch the Jonah Veggie Tales movie in Praise Patch and got to enjoy the Jonah BIG BOOK! They got to put a whale in the ocean and draw Jonah praying in the belly. Of course, it was goldfish for a snack! They are all so so cute. This was the last Sunday in the pod - next Sunday is Promotion Sunday and they move up!! Natalie and I took them to see their new room and then explained that after Sunday School they now go to BIG Church and get to leave after the children's message for their special new service. They were so excited!!! It's amazing watching this cute bunch grow up!
