Well, we made it! Friday, Hudson was the leader in his class! That meant he got to hold the flag during Opening. All the leaders in the 4 year old classes go to the front and hold the flag together in Opening - SO cute! Then he got to help with the calendar, weather chart and was the head of the line all day. Then in the 4 year old rooms, most teachers have stuffed animals that match their room. My class is the puppies ... so we have 3 puppies. Hudson class is the fish ... Well, on Friday children who have been extra good all week get to take the classroom pet home and keep it over the weekend and bring it back on Monday. Hudson got the dolphin in his room! He has acted out how the dolphin whispered in Mrs. Nalty's ear that he wanted to go home with "Hudson Bridges"! ha ha!! He loved his first week. He actually woke up on Saturday wondering if he needed to put on his uniform!
