There are not words enough to describe this trip. It starts with 6 kids and 3 mom's in the Hixon vehicle ... it was not supposed to be this way, but Hudson jumped in with them during carpool, when I went to get him out, Helen told me he was too happy and that I should just jump in - so that's what I did. We get to the fair and meet up with the rest of the crew ... eat, medicate children with fever (not mine!) and then go off to the rides. Guess what? Rides are not opened. Seriously! We have 7 kids, 4 moms and NO fair rides. So we get more food, go through some reptiles exhibits, play the duck game and called it a day. Needless to say we are going back. BUT - it was really fun and we laughed a whole lot!

Exact same thing happened to us! I took half a day off on Friday so we could go ahead and get the fair over with - but we had to leave and come back!!
